Overview
A full-arch implant plan for a patient who had lived with failing teeth and a loose denture for years.
The concern
Years of decay had left the upper teeth beyond saving, and an ill-fitting denture made eating and speaking uncomfortable. The patient was anxious and unsure it could ever feel normal again.
The treatment plan
We planned the case with 3D imaging, placed implants in staged, unhurried appointments, and fitted a fixed bridge — explaining each step and managing comfort throughout with gentle sedation.
The result
The patient now chews normally and smiles without hesitation. At the one-year review the implants were stable and the fixed teeth felt, in their words, "like my own again."
